I bought an Inspiron 5430 laptop, Core i7-1360P, 13th generation, 16GB RAM. It came with Windows 11 Home in English. I updated all the laptop drivers from the Dell website with the service number. The downloaded NVMe drivers are not recognized. I get this message (the firmware cannot be installed as it is not compatible with your SSD). I downloaded about four different drivers for this SSD model kbg50znv1t02, and I get the same message. There are no drivers available for download on the SSD manufacturer's website.
Install the Intel Rapid Storage Technology Application, it recognizes NVMe.
I want to install Windows 11 in Spanish, and it doesn't recognize the SSD. There is no option in the BIOS to choose AHCI or RAID; it only has the M.2 PCIe SSD option. When installing Win 11, the disk to select where to install Win 11 doesn't appear. Dell or Win 11 doesn't allow installation from a bootable USB drive. It doesn't support configuration or installation to disks through a USB or IEEE 1394 port.
Using the DISKPART and DISK LIST commands, the disks or partitions don't appear. Only the bootable Windows 11 USB appears.
Download Intel RAID drivers (IRST), when calling the drivers it does not recognize them
It does not recognize or install the drivers. The disks do not appear to install Win 11 and the message Dell or Win 11 does not allow installation from a bootable USB drive appears. It doesn't support configuration or installation to disks through a USB or IEEE 1394 port.
I quit the Windows 11 installation. I don't know what else to do.
CAN YOU HELP ME, PLEASE?
