I installed Asphalt Legends United game today from 'Microsoft store'. But then I noticed an issue. Whenever I joined a race, a weird discoloration issue will occur. It starts occuring from the second race after game launch. That is, after launching the game, if we join a race, the issue will not occur. But if we join any other race after that, it starts happening.
My Laptop Specs:
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-1005G1 CPU @ 1.20GHz, 1201 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
GPU: INTEL R UHD GRAPHICS
RAM: 16GB
here is my pc scan of intel system support utility

Hello @7adhu_1 ,
Thank you for reaching out to our community. To help us investigate the issue and provide assistance, please share the following details with me.
- When did this issue first occur, and has it happened before?
- What steps have you taken to troubleshoot this issue so far?
- Have there been any recent software or hardware changes made to your system?
- Have you updated the graphics driver to the latest version? According to the SSU log report, you are using an outdated driver version 27.20.100.9664, while the current version is 31.0.101.2135.
- Have you checked for any available Windows updates or BIOS updates from your system manufacturer, HP?
Once I have this information, we can start from there.
Looking forward to your response.
Regards,
Randy T.

Hello @7adhu_1 ,
Thank you for the information. To address the BIOS update, I recommend contacting your motherboard manufacturer for guidance. They can provide specific instructions tailored to your model. Please update me once you've completed all the recommended steps. If the issue persists, I suggest trying to load the default settings in your BIOS.
Once you've done that, report back to me, and I'll be happy to assist you further.
Looking forward to your response.

Hello @7adhu_1 ,
To help us better understand and address the issue you're experiencing, could you please share a screenshot of your game settings? This will be helpful in identifying any potential configuration-related problems.
Additionally, could we try to isolate the issue by using an external monitor? Please check and observe if the issue also occurs when using an external display. This will help us determine if the problem is related to your current monitor setup.
Have you had a chance to reach out to the game developer? Their insights could be invaluable in pinpointing the exact issue, and collaborating with them might provide us with additional troubleshooting options.
Lastly, are there any overheating issues observed during gameplay? Overheating can sometimes lead to performance problems, and identifying this early can help us find a solution more efficiently.
Thank you for your cooperation, and I look forward to your response.

Hello @7adhu_1 ,
It seems that updating the BIOS and graphics driver has reduced the issue, but it hasn't completely eliminated the discoloration. Please check if the issue is also visible on an external monitor. In my personal opinion, it would be beneficial to contact the game developer, as this issue only started after the game was changed or updated. Reach out to them and let me know their insights, as this might not be a driver-related problem.

Hello @7adhu_1,
It seems that your graphics hardware may be outdated, and the current driver might not fully support the latest game updates. This could be contributing to the discoloration issue you're seeing. Since the problem starts after the first race, it might be triggered by a specific game action or transition.
I recommend contacting your OEM for further assistance or considering an upgrade to your system's graphics hardware if the issue persists. Additionally, as mentioned in the article "Graphics Driver Support Update for 10th Generation and Older Intel Processor Graphics,," please note that graphics issues on iGPUs from the 10th generation or older will not be addressed unless they require a critical fix.
Rest assured, we are continuing to investigate this matter and will keep you updated with any new information we find.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Regards,
Randy T.

Hello @7adhu_1,
I wanted to provide you with an update regarding the performance issues you've been experiencing while running the game on your current setup.
Our tests indicate that the graphical glitches and discoloration you are encountering may be related to the 10th generation hardware. When tested on an 11th generation system, these issues did not occur. According to the article "Graphics Driver Support Update for 10th Generation and Older Intel Processor Graphics" graphics issues on integrated GPUs from the 10th generation or older will not be addressed unless they are critical or involve security vulnerabilities.
For these types of issues, we recommend reaching out to the game developer for further assistance. Unfortunately, there is limited support we can provide at this time.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.
I will be closing this inquiry. If you require further assistance, please submit a new question, as this thread will no longer be monitored.
Regards,
Randy T.
