I just built a pc with 13400+RX 6800 1 year ago
When I play Valorant sometimes it stutters, frame drops, maybe freezes in 1 sec(lower than the internet average benchmark)
At first I think because I'm using a GPU, but since I know it was a CPU game I don't know how to increase the fps
I try to turn on XMP RAM+turn off E-cores and turn all P-cores on but it not different much (about 1%-3% diff)
I think maybe u guys can help me

Hi Jaz1,
Thank you for posting on our community. To understand more about your current situation I have several questions that I want to ask:
- Can you share the usual FPS you got before the issue happen? Also share the your current FPS?
- Does your processor temperature increase drastically?
- Can you share your CPU cooler model?
To understand your system as well please do System Support Utility (SSU) you can refer to this link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*.
Lastly, to test if your processor's health is in good condition you can utilize this tool The Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool (IPDT). This is a tool that can stress test your Intel processor, and test some specific features on your Intel processor.
Please attached the results of the IPDT and SSU, this will make me better understand your situation and narrow down the resolution I will provide you.
Best regards,
Dhanniel M.

the temperature is still normal from 35-50 Celsius
And my cooler is Jonsbo Cr1000 EVO
Thanks for replying to my support

A 240 HZ monitor will display a maximum of 240 FPS. The maximum FPS rate displayed is at most equal to the monitor frequency. Running a game with FPS above the monitor frequency may cause tears and unnecessary hardware wear.

Post Your Dxdiag: https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/
Perform a game test at a locked 60 FPS. Then configure the game to not go beyond the screen frequency in the FPS rate. For example, the game can run at 300 FPS but if the monitor is at 144HZ it makes no sense to run at 300FPS, as this will cause image rendering errors and crashes.

Hi Jaz1,
I apologize for the delay. Could you please share your game settings for Valorant? Additionally, could you provide a video of you playing Valorant, and while doing so, open the Task Manager and go to the Performance tab? I also have some follow-up questions that I would appreciate your answers to:
- Can you tell me if this happen before long or it just recently happen?
- Have you changed anything before the issue happened?
- Also, besides on Valorant does the issue also happen on different games? If yes can you share the name of those games?
Then try setting your GPU as a default for applications and games. To do it here is some instructions that you can follow: How To Set the Default GPU for Applications and Games. I am looking forward hearing from you.
Best regards,

My game setting is all low
I can't record it with window recording or some third-party app like Outplays so sorry cause I don't know how to use OBS
For these questions
1. It began when I bought this pc and as I said earlier I think is ''underperforming" I guess according to the Internet benchmark
2. I tried to turn off e-cores cause I heard that it would make the CPU stronger with p-cores only
3. I don't care much about other games, I just want an average of 300 fps in Valorant like the internet benchmark cause it is a competitive
game
I did set my GPU for apps and games
Thanks

Hi Jaz1,
I wanted to check if you had the chance to review the questions I posted. Please let me know at your earliest convenience so that we can determine the best course of action to resolve this matter. Also, to further address this issue, can you try rolling back your Intel integrated GPU to driver 27.20.100.8476? If this does not resolve the issue, try disabling the integrated GPU in your BIOS. Please inquire with your motherboard manufacturer on how to disable it.
Let me know what will be the outcome of doing this. I am looking forward hearing from you.
Best regards,
Dhanniel M.

Hi Jaz1,
Thank you for telling me this, using the driver 27.20.100.8476 is compatible with Windows 11. Unfortunately, the driver version 27.20.100.8476 is not present on the website. Therefore, can you confirm if you are currently using 32.0.101.5972 (WHQL Certified) driver version for your integrated graphics driver? If not could you try performing clean installation. First you have to uninstall your integrated graphics driver using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) you can use the link I provided for the guide and instructions. If doing the above instruction did not resolve the issue, try disabling the integrated GPU in your BIOS. Please inquire with your motherboard manufacturer on how to disable it.
Best regards,
Dhanniel M.

when I tried to install the driver and turn on the integrated card, the fps was worse than before, not even above 200fps
I tried to turn it off in the device manager, but the performance was still not good
I think I'll go with AMD cause I'm so tired

Hi Jaz1,
I apologize for this situation. To carefully analyze it, please follow these instructions. You can use CapFrameX for guidance, and refer to this community link for detailed instructions: https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-ARC-Graphics/Need-help-Reporting-a-bug-or-issue-with-Arc-GPU-PLEASE-READ-THIS/m-p/1494429#M5057.
Additionally, you mentioned that your friend has the same system specifications. Could you try installing your processor in your friend’s system to see if the issue occurs there as well? According to the bottleneck calculator, there is a significant gap between your processor and GPU. You can refer to this link for reference:https://pc-builds.com/bottleneck-calculator/result/1iy17A/1/general-tasks/1920x1080/. This is why I suggest trying a swapped test with your friend’s system.
