CS2 crashed - Failure.Exception.IP.Module=igd10umt64xe.DLL

CS2 crashed. The dump it generated mentions that Failure.Exception.IP.Module=igd10umt64xe.DLL  after I analyzed it with WinDbg.

My pc specs are the following:

- OS: Windows 11 

- CPU: 1215U

- iGPU drivers: 32.0.101.7088

2. When did this issue first start? Was it after a specific update?
3. How often does the crash occur?
4. Have you tried any other troubleshooting steps?
5. Does this happen in other games or applications as well?
6. How did you install your current graphics driver?

Thank you Jobert.

1. Lenovo V14 G3 IAP i3-1215U with 16GB DDR4
2. The crashes seem random. During the last month, I had 6 dump files that CS2 generated and after reviewing them with WinDbg, all 6 of them showed the problem of Failure.Exception.IP.Module=igd10umt64xe.DLL. I reinstalled Windows hoping that would fix it. Nonetheless, the game crashed seconds after starting it.

6. I downloaded it directly from the Intel drivers' website and I installed it as the usual.
