Cannot play older games after upgrading my PC

Hello i have just upgraded my pc with new i5-14400f, arc b570 and asrock b760m-hdv/m.2 motherboard. The problem is that i cant run my old favourite games like Rome total war,  Gothic and Alien nations 2. It seems like the problem lies in the new graphic card.

Your Intel Arc GPU struggles with old games like Rome: Total War and Gothic due to limited DirectX 9 support. Update your drivers and try compatibility mode or tools like dgVoodoo2. Community patches can also help with stability on modern hardware .
