I'm at wits end with two graphic drivers. From Microsoft 32.0.101.7026 the other is Intel 32.0.101.7082. The 7 months old driver is being a pain in the buttock. At present moment I'm using Intel driver, but it with change within days, to the following attach file. SSU.txt, Manage.docx, Intel.docx.
Wish no one has this issue, doesn't bode well.

I can't stop OEM graphic driver forever. Framework security and drivers bundle update for 25H2. Which include 32.0.101.7026 is just what I need to see a way out.
Thank you JeanetteC, distraction is what I needed, Hakuna Matata. No worries for the rest of the days.

Hello Redscarelett1,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities and for providing the SSU log file and additional documentation.
I want to set proper expectations since this involves an OEM (Framework laptop) device. Please understand that our support may be limited as we're not familiar with the specific technologies, settings, customizations, and proprietary features that your laptop manufacturer has implemented. However, I'll do my best to help resolve your concern.
I understand you're working with two different driver versions - the Microsoft driver (32.0.101.7026) and Intel driver (32.0.101.7082) - and need to alternate between them to manage different situations.
To better assist you, could you please describe the exact issues you're encountering?
- What specific problems occur with each driver version?
- What symptoms or errors force you to switch between drivers?
- Are there particular applications, games, or scenarios where issues manifest?
- What behavior are you experiencing that makes the older driver "a pain"?
I'll review the attached files (SSU.txt, Manage.docx, Intel.docx) alongside your response to get a complete picture of the situation.
Understanding the specific symptoms will help us identify the root cause and work toward a stable solution so you won't need to keep switching drivers.
Looking forward to your reply.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

Good morning: Jeanette
I wish not to switch, but their graphic apps that issues pop ups. Your driver is 7 months old and outdated. When Microsoft grey out the [roll back driver] radio, in manage.docx, and driver is 101.7026. While Intel.docx show 101.7082 is installed, the next update will be quarterly. Why Microsoft does
As I was given notice: 10th through 14th generation processor, End of Zero Days update.
Framework Laptop and the Desktop is sustainable and repairable. Mainboards can be upgrade or down 12th generation processor to Ulta Series 1 processor. Also, the AMD processor mainboard for desktop. There to much to type, website:< link removed>The domain name is work.

Hello Redscarelett1,
Thank you for sharing your driver and popup concerns. I appreciate you providing the detailed information about the driver version differences between Microsoft (101.7026) and Intel (101.7082), the rollback option status, and the End of Zero Days update notice.
The version differences are due to different release cycles between Windows Update and Intel drivers. Please note that both Microsoft and Intel graphics drivers are generic and may not be optimized for OEM devices. I recommend using the customized drivers from your system manufacturer, as these are specifically designed for your system model and typically provide better compatibility. You can contact your system manufacturer's support team to obtain the appropriate OEM drivers for your device.
To help resolve this:
- Which graphics applications show popups and what do they say? *Provide screenshots if possible.
- Would you like help manually updating to the latest Intel graphics driver?
- Are there performance issues beyond the popups?
Looking forward to your reply.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.
