Games crashing

I have an Arc A750 8GB raphics card paired with a Ryzen 5 5600 processor.
I installed Hogwarts Legacy yesterday from Epic Store.
So after setting the proper graphics settings
when the main game is about to start, itt freezes up and right then the game closes on itself.
I tried to set graphics on low and medium but no difference. It crashes anyway.
My driver version is 32.0.101.8332.

Hi Aninda,
Thank you for posting in our Community.

To help me troubleshoot more effectively, could you please provide a bit more information:

  1. Do other games on your system run without issues, or is this specific to Hogwarts Legacy?

  2. Did you see any error messages when the game freezes or crashes? If so, could you please share any error messages, crash logs, or screenshots that appear when the game unexpectedly closes?
  3. Have you attempted a clean driver installation using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) in Safe Mode before reinstalling the driver?

Lastly, after the driver update, I'd like to delve deeper and verify specifics like the graphics models, precise driver versions, and any system errors. Utilizing the Intel SSU tool will enable me to collect detailed information about your system setup, which could aid in identifying the underlying cause of this issue

Have a nice day!
