Lags While gaming

Recently, i am having problems with my laptop. It lags at almost everything. Mostly while playing games. Games like Stray, Assetto Corsa and Minecraft, it lags and sometimes the screen goes fully black. I can't play or do my work! I tried to find the problem and i found the problem is in graphic card. Its making everything lag. Other then that, If i want to stream on discord to show my screen to my friends, it lags so bad and gets glitched. The max FPS it shows is 10-12. As example, i want to stream on discord while i play Minecraft, It'll lag very badly and even shows the blue screen saying "A problem has occured". Mostly every app is taking too much memory at a time. By using FurMark , I know the problem is in graphic card. I need help as soon as possible to fix so i can play again.

*I've attached files*

Graphic card: Intel iRIS Xe

Best Regards!

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.
