Hi everyone,
I’m facing some performance issues while gaming on my Intel-based PC. Some games run fine, but others randomly drop frames or stutter, even at low settings. I’ve already checked for driver updates and basic system optimizations, but the problem continues.
Can someone guide me on what else I should check for better stability and performance?
Also, if there are recommended Intel tools or settings for optimizing gaming, please let me know.
Thanks!

Hi @adamsalt77,
Thank you for posting here in community. I’d like to clarify that while the performance issue and stutter may seem related, they are actually separate concerns. They can occur under similar conditions, but the root causes are different.
To ensure I can properly investigate and resolve your concerns, I need to focus on one issue at a time. For now, let’s proceed with the performance issue in this thread. If you’d like us to address the stutter problem as well, please create a separate ticket for that.
For further investigation of the performance issue, please provide the following information:
- Please provide the SSU log report and share it here so I can review your system's configuration.
- Which digital distribution platform did you obtain the game that is experiencing graphics issues? (e.g., Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG, etc.)
- Have you previously performed a clean installation of the graphics driver, before using either an older or the latest version?
- Kindly share some screenshots and recordings of your game settings so we can replicate and check the issue on our end using the same settings you use during gameplay.
- Additionally, you may follow this guide on how to report performance issues in the game.
Once we have this information, we’ll be able to proceed with a deeper analysis and provide you with the best possible solution.
Best regards,
Randy T.
