I had previously reported this issue to Intel. After some time of investigation, Intel did not find the relevant cause. However, after a few updates to the graphics driver, the game's frame rate issue partially improved, but it was not completely resolved. After updating to graphics driver version 8737, I found that the frame rate in the game's training ground was very stable, remaining between 220 and 240, and the GPU usage was also stable at 55% to 60%. However, in actual gameplay matches, the frame rate could not stay above 200, and strangely, the GPU usage was not as high as in the training ground, only reaching 30% to 40%.
I have also reported this issue to the Overwatch official team, and I have not received a response yet. May I ask if Intel's investigation tests were conducted during actual game matches, and whether the relevant hardware configurations and game settings were the same as mine?
