Ever since I downloaded the Intel Graphics Command Center (Beta) and added ROBLOX to the gaming tab, evvery time I start it, it crashes every few seconds if I don't join a game.
I've tried reinstalling ROBLOX completely, removing it from the IGCC (Beta), uninstalling it, but still nothing wotks. ROBLOX also crashes now if I set my graphics level avnywhere above 8. levels 1-8 are fine but I can't get 9 or 10 to work. I personally think It's something to do with the Anti-Ailiasing as automatically turned on for level 9 and 10 in the ROBLOX settings menu for anyone who doesn't know.

Hello Devonte,
Thank you for reaching out and providing detailed information. I can understand how inconvenient it must be to experience these crashes, especially when trying to enjoy higher graphic settings.
Could you provide more details on the following:
- What is the version of your Intel Graphics Command Center?
- Where did you download the Intel Graphics Command Center?
- Provide a screenshot of your game settings.
- Have you noticed if the crashes happen in other games? Or is this issue specific to Roblox?
Please generate an SSU report to help me further analyze important details on your system. To generate the SSU report, please refer to the article: How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*. Please send us the generated SSU.txt file.
We look forward to your response!

I'm used IGCC (Beta), version 1.100.1300.0 from the Microsoft Store. The in-game settings don't have an impact on wether it crashes or not, excluding the graphics level mentioned in the first post where if I set it to level 9 or 10, it crashes instantly. It's only been specific to ROBLOX as I've added MSFS2020 to it and that works perfecly fine even after removing it. Right now I'm uninstallign ROBLOX to see if that works this time without crashing.

Update: I fixed it by manually updating the graphihcs card with a clean install from https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/776137/intel-7th-10th-gen-processor-graphics-windows.html.
Howoever, the AA still does not work so I'm going to try work with that by using IGCC and if that fails, I'll keep looking for another solultion.

Hello Devonte,
Thank you for your response, we're glad that you're no longer experiencing crashes with Roblox since you've performed a Clean Reinstallation of Graphic Drivers.
I would like to clarify what you mean by "the AA still does not work"? Are you encountering any specific issues when adjusting the anti-aliasing settings through IGCC or is it simply not applying in-game?
We look forward to your response!
Best Regards,
Robbie R.

It's just not applying when increasing the graphics settings in ROBLOX. Yes, I could use CMAA from IGCC but it always tends to crash after a while of gameplay so I keep it off.

To troubleshoot ROBLOX crashes, ensure your Intel graphics drivers are up to date and try disabling anti-aliasing in the ROBLOX settings. Reset any custom settings in the Intel Graphics Command Center and consider running ROBLOX in compatibility mode. If the issue persists, temporarily uninstall the Intel Graphics Command Center (Beta) to see if it resolves the crashes

Hello Devonte,
Thank you for the update, and I appreciate the additional details about the anti-aliasing issue in ROBLOX.
To assist you further, could you clarify the following:
- When you enable CMAA through IGCC, how long does it typically take before the crash occurs? Does it happen consistently after a certain amount of time?
- Does disabling the anti-aliasing completely prevent any crashes during longer play sessions, or is still unstable after some time?
We look forward to your response!

Yes sorry, I haven't been able to test that yet but I will get it done later when I'm available to answer taht for you. I play with the IGCC's AA off and I haven't been getting any crashes, last time I played with it on it took a few minutes before crashing and that happened every time. Not sure how many minutes so I can't say if the timeframes are the same or different but I'mm find out today.

Hello Devonte,
Thank you for the update. Take your time with the testing, and feel free to let us know once you have more specifics on the timing of the crashes when CMAA is enabled.
In the meantime, kindly answer the additional question:
- What is the make and model of your system?
We look forward to your response!
