I am using the following configuration:
Processor: Intel Core i7-1355U
Graphics: Intel Iris Xe Graphics
RAM: 16GB (Dual Channel)
Operating System: Windows 11 (Fully Updated)
Graphics Driver: Latest Intel generic driver installed
When I try to launch Resident Evil 9 Requiem, the game does not start and displays the error message:
“Unsupported Graphics”
The official minimum requirement mentions GTX 1660. However, some older integrated GPUs like AMD Vega 11 are reportedly able to launch the game at low settings.I would appreciate technical clarification on whether this is a hardware limitation or a driver-level compatibility issue.
Thank you for your support.

Hi Bhagirathsinh19,
Thank you for reaching out to the Intel Community Forum. Since this is an OEM (Branded Laptop) original equipment manufacturer device, please take into consideration that our support may be limited since we are not familiar with the technology, settings, customizations, custom drivers, and features that the OEM has designed and installed your system, nevertheless, I will do my best to assist you. To assist us in investigating the issue, please provide the following details:
- What is the exact model of your laptop?
- Have you tried using the OEM driver for testing?
- What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried so far?
- Have you used Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely remove all residual drivers and installed a new one?
- Which gaming platform did you use to download the game?
Additionally, to gain a comprehensive understanding of your system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This tool will generate a text file compiling all your system information. You can follow the instructions at this link and send the text file here. Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility. Kindly also untick the networking category before scanning.
If you have any questions, please let us know. Thank you.

Hi Bhagirathsinh19,
Based on our assessment, the game is outside the system requirements set by the developer. It would be best to consult with the game developer if they will be adding support for the reported iGPU.
Best regards,

Good evening, I just installed Resident Evil 9 Requiem on my PC. Unfortunately, when I try to launch it, I get the following error message: I've attached a screenshot. What can I do? I have Windows 11 and I just updated the graphics card driver, but it still doesn't work. Can someone please help me fix this? Thank you very much.

@Alessandro2026 It says the Intel UHD graphics is not supported.
And, did you check the requirements of the game?
So the Intel customer support technicians can have more information about your system, download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.
