Hi i have a problem with my laptop

-With this done my question issue is that i have problem to lunch games ("GTA 5[crashes on loading story mode],Far cry 4 and 5[Not even loading], hitman 2and 3[Not even loading]")

May I know if after the game GTA5 crashes, does it have any error messages?


And also, when did the issue occur? Does the issue happen the first time that you played the game?


Furthermore, what troubleshooting steps have you already taken? This will help me to prevent providing you the same troubleshooting steps.
