I am facing the issue while playing wwz aftermath it is smooth but the character is not rendering and not the environment correctly. it is flickering could you help me solve the issue.

  • Please provide the SSU log report and share it here so I can review your system's configuration. 
  • Could you let me know the origin of the game? Where did it come from, and where did you download it? 
  • Have you previously performed a clean installation of the graphics driver, before using either an older or the latest version? 
  • Kindly share some screenshots and recordings of your game settings so we can replicate and check the issue on our end using the same settings you use during gameplay.

Yes I have performed clean installation of graphic driver and I have downloaded it from epic store,

Intel is currently investigating this issue. Please provide the SSU log report as well as screenshots and recordings of your game settings so we can replicate and check the issue on our end using the same settings you use during gameplay. We are trying to determine whether this issue is solely related to the game, the driver, or if it might be an error that occurred during the graphics driver update. I appreciate you providing the requested information, as I do not have any details about the system you are using to run this game.

Hey sorry for the inconveniences just today I uninstalled that game because it was not working fine so I uninstalled the game, when next time I would install I would definitely call you thank you airr
