intel graphics command center not detecting games

so just recently i had downloaded the IGCC on my laptop but the problem was that it wasnt detecting any of my games that appear in my file explorer but not in there when i do it through IGCC just wondering what the solution is.

2. What is the model of your processor?
3. Was it working fine before?
4. What was the last change made in the system?
