- Please give more information about your system. The easiest way is using Intel System Support Utility:
- Please download Intel system support Utility (SSU). Run the SSU scan, save the results. The file with the results please attach to your post in the new thread (use the "paper clip" in right bottom corner) https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-

- You have Acer laptop computer with double graphics chipset - Intel + Nvidia. In this case I would always recommend to download and install drivers from the manufacturer site. However, the drivers on the Acer site are outdated and you already have installed newer Intel Graphics Driver Version:"25.20.100.6576. You should know that this driver is not standard Intel DCH Graphics Driver. It is driver from Microsoft Catalog, release for Windows 10 in S mode. Windows 10 in S mode is a more limited, locked-down Windows operating system. In S Mode, you can only install apps from the Store, and you can only browse the web with Microsoft Edge.
- The Intel DCH Graphics Driver Version: 26.20.100.7755 is a standard driver, not release for Windows 10 in S mode.
- The latest Intel Graphics Driver for Windows 10 in S mode is Version: 26.20.100.7262 you can download from Microsoft and install manually : https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=intel%20hd%20graphics%20windows%2010
- However, if you have regular version of Windows 10 64 bit, you may try to update your driver to Version: 26.20.100.7755, following my instructions:
- Download the latest DCH driver version 26.20.100.7755 https://downloadmirror.intel.com/29335/a08/igfx_win10_100.7755.exe
- Disconnect the internet.
- Right click on currently installed driver (in Device Manager), then click on Uninstall device. Check the Delete the driver software from this device option.
- Reboot your computer. After finishing uninstalling you should see Microsoft Basic Graphics Adapter.
- Now, install previously downloaded driver 26.20.100.7755
- Reconnect the internet and reboot your computer.
