Hi,

I installed Windows 10 recently and my dedicated video memory decreased at 0 mb from 64 mb. What to do?

Hello DeeY27,

Thank you for joining the Intel communities.

To better assist you, I will appreciate if you could reply with the following information:

Please download the Intel SSU (System Support Utility), this tool will help us seeing your system information:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

Once you download the utility

Run the exe and select 'Scan'

Save and include as an attachment in the Intel Community Forum

Also, if you can attach the Dxdiag file that will be great

DxDiag Instructions:

Click on the &# 147;Start Menu&# 148; -> Type &# 147;DxDiag&# 148; -> Press &# 147;Enter&# 148; -> Wait for the DirectX Diagnostic Tool to finish loading

In the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, click &# 147;Save All Information&# 148; -> Save the file DxDiag.txt

Include DxDiag.txt as an attachment in the Intel Community Forum

Regards,

Ivan
