2nd monitor using DP 4K resolution at 30HZ vs 60Hz

I have a lenovo thinkcenter M920Q with an added DP. I have two LG monitors set at 4K. One allows me to set at 60HZ while the other at 30Hz. Both are using DP cables, and if I reverse the cables, the other screen now runs at 30HZ. Any ideas? I have the latest BIOS. The processors is the Intel UHD 630. on an Intel Core(TM) i5-8500T CPU @ 2.10GHZ

I was reviewing the information attached and it seems like the monitors should output 60Hz as you mentioned before. I was checking also our previous conversations and I can see that you mentioned you added an extra card to get one more display port, how did you add this card? What card was it?
