40hz option button

Could you please, please, pretty please make a disable 40hz mode button in your display driver.

40hz refresh is not a wanted feature for most power users, it just makes some programs randomly select this options as their default.

I am running your onchip solution next to my nvidia 765m, so unfortunately i get to see the 40hz option in all of my games.

alternatively you could provide a tool to permanently delete 40hz as an option for my laptop, as i have no desire to ever run this refresh rate.

1080p60 or nothing, please make it possible for the customer to decide.
