82945G Express chipset with system interrupts problem in win 7

I have Intel 82945G Express chipset on Asus p5l-mx mobo which had win 7 installed. After start computer for a while, the system has slow down and system interrupts have a cpu usage about 10-25% shown in resource monitor. This problem can temporary resolve by restart the system.

I try to find out the problem by disable the devices. Finally I disabled the Intel 82945G Express Chipset Family in device manager the problem had gone and when enabled it back the problem has come again. May anyone has an exact solution for this, please?
