Hello. I am editing video for work and I am using Adobe programs for my works, After 8 years I decided to change my GPU but it seems ARC A750 and Adobe Premiere Pro and BETA version doesnt wants to work together. Only My i5 13400F CPU working in %100 power either in timeline playing video or exporting video. GPU doesn't wants to involve to the process.My old GPU was have better render/export times. Will you provide to support Adobe Premiere pro with an update?
I asked same question to the Adobe but they didn't answer yet.
Thats important because there is 3 possibilities in front of me;
1) I will sell this GPU and buy Nvdia
2) I will change my editing program and I will buy and start to learn Davinci Resolve(in free trial they works very well with ARC A750),
3) You will give program support and everything will be ok.
Awaiting for your news have a good day.
NOTE: i5 13400F CPU, 64 GB DDR4 RAM, Intel ARC A750 GPU, ASrock B760 Pro RS D4 Motherboard, Windows 10 Pro on M2 Ssd

Thanks for your support, I started to use Voukoder and export times get down 45-50 min to 20-18 minutes, Its good but still nearly same with my 8 years old 1050Ti GPU:). My 1 hour 4K videos was about 9-10 GB but with Voukoder H264 its 23GB. Also I tired Voukoder H265hvec its 16 GB but ARC GPU cant play. I will put in the attachment screen record and exif data about that.
Do you have any youtube tutorial about Voukoder export settings?
I don't understand why I have changed my old card. I thought 8gb will make big improvement against 4gb GPU. If I would know this, of course I wouldn't buy ARC. As I can see it's not for my usage. I hope you will make the ARC A750 more compatible graphics card with updates for Adobe and other software's.
Now when I click the "Bluestack" application on my desktop, computer gives a blue screen with "CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIME OUT". Before ARC GPU, it never happened. I now you are trying to do your best but everyday I have other troubles.
Also you changed my ARC A750 with new one (06328207 case number) if you remember, there was weird sounds when I use it on 'denoiser' via Lightroom,I was made for you video about that(I wouldnt know is this trouble or not) and you sent me brand new ARC A750 but now I have more sound than old one:)

Try the driver versión 31.0.101.5594, that worked for me, If I use a newer versión of the Intel arc drivers, My PR and AF don't work.
