I have a weird issue where if i restart my PC from windows, then it doesnt boot and the Motherboard debug VGA light lights up. I have to press the reset or power button in the casing and then can boot again.
Note that if i shutdown windows and then use the power button in my casing, it boots up normally. Just when i click Restart on windows, it shutdowns and tries to boot but fails with VGA Debug light in MOBO.

Hi Evilizer,
Thank you for sharing this in the community. Could you please provide a detailed list of your system components, including the processor, motherboard, RAM, and others? Additionally, does your processor have an iGPU? Have you tried reseating your B580? Also, could you let me know the manufacturer of your GPU (e.g., ASRock, Sparkle, Gunrir, MSI, etc.)?
Best regards,
Dhanniel M.

Hi Evilizer,
I look forward to your update. If reseating your GPU doesn't resolve the boot issue, please try installing the GPU in another system to see if the problem persists. Additionally, ensure your motherboard's BIOS is up to date.
@Gnep, I understand you're experiencing a similar issue. I recommend creating a separate thread so that another representative can provide you with dedicated assistance.
Best regards,
Dhanniel M.

Hi Dhanniel,
I reseated it but the problem remains. Running latest Mobo Bios as well.
I do not have another system to test it on a different pc.
My previous card was 1050ti which never had this issue.

Hi Evilizer,
Do you still have your previous GPU? If so, please test whether your system boots with it installed. Alternatively, you can try using a different monitor and cable that are known to be working for further testing. If your system successfully boots, I suggest contacting the manufacturer of your current GPU for a physical inspection and, if applicable, warranty service.
Best regards,
Dhanniel M.

Hello Evilizer,
That sounds plausible. Could you please provide the exact model of the monitor you are using? Additionally, if the issue persists, I recommend contacting Sparkle for a physical inspection and, if applicable, warranty service.
