Dear Intel Support Team,
I am writing to report a serious performance issue with my Intel Arc graphics card. The GPU is only 1 month old, yet it is causing serious lag in almost every game, even though my system meets all requirements.
I have already tried the following steps, but nothing has helped:
Re-installing the Intel Graphics Drivers
Updating Windows
Checking temperatures and fan speeds
Verifying game files
Ensuring PSU and hardware are functioning normally
Despite all these steps, the problem continues. This is highly disappointing, especially for a new GPU.
My system details:
Processor: Ryzen 5 5500
GPU: Intel Arc A380 (1 month old)
RAM: 8GB DDR4 3200MHz
Motherboard: MSI B450M-A Pro Max II
OS: Windows 10/11 (your version)
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible. If the GPU is defective, please guide me on warranty or replacement options.
Thank you,

Please check if the "Resizable BAR" function is enabled on your motherboard.
Entering MSI UEFI BIOS Setup:
Press Delete key, when the Press DEL key to enter Setup Menu, F11 to enter Boot Menu message appears on the screen during the boot process.
Navigate to Settings > Advanced > PCIe > PCI Subsystem Settings an enable Re-Size BAR Support:
Next, click the X in the upper right corner to close and select "YES" to confirm Save configuration and exit:
The system will reboot.
