While processing video, I experience freezing and stuttering with H264 or HEVC (265) options. Adobe gives a frame error. The issue is with the Intel Arc B580 card. Because it does not make this kind of error on another computer.

Hi HakanAk1,

Thank you for posting in our Community. Let’s work together to narrow down the cause and find a solution.

To better assist you, could you please provide the following details:

  • Which version of Adobe Premiere Pro are you currently using?
  • Does the freezing occur with all H.264/HEVC projects, or only specific files?
  • Have you tried switching between hardware and software encoding in Premiere’s export settings?
  • Can you share a short video or screenshot of the error message from Adobe?

If you've already taken any steps to resolve this issue before reaching out, please share those details with me so I can avoid repeating any unnecessary actions.

Once we have these details, we can investigate whether this is a driver-level compatibility issue, a Premiere configuration setting, or a specific media file problem.

Have a nice day!

Best regards,

Hi Von M.;

Bazen 10 denemede 3 videoyu export edebiliyorum. Kimi zaman H.264 kimi zaman HEVC modlarını seçiyorum. Laptopta nvida 1660Ti vardı. Bu yeni bilgisayarıma intel arc b580 aldım. Şuan video üretmek bana dert oldu. Sanırım ekran kartı uyumlu değil. Sosyal Medyada yorumlarda intel ekran kartı ile adobe premier uyumsuz ifadelerini okudum ve hayal kırıklığına uğradım. Nvida 5000 serisi düşünmeye başladım.
Kaç kere driverları sildim yükledim. her defasında export ederken  %20- %98 işlem de kitleniyor ve yeniden kapatıp açmak zorunda kalıyorum. Adobe hata kodu vermiyor sadece işletim sistemi kararsız kalıyor. Sonra adobe premieri açtığımda yeniden direk açılıyor.

Hi HakanAk1,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing the challenges you're facing with video processing using Adobe Premiere Pro on your Intel Arc B580 GPU. I understand how frustrating it can be to encounter freezing and stuttering during exports, especially when your previous setup worked smoothly. I'm here to assist you in finding a resolution.

To better understand the situation, could you please let me know if you've tried performing a clean driver installation using the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU)? This tool can help remove any remnants of previous drivers that might be affecting performance. If you haven't tried this yet, I recommend doing so with the latest Intel Arc driver.

Additionally, could you confirm if the crashing and freezing occur with other applications or processes, or is it specific to Adobe Premiere Pro? This information will help us determine if the issue is isolated to the software or if it might be related to the hardware configuration.

Your cooperation is greatly appreciated, and I am committed to resolving this matter promptly. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Best regards,
