Hello,
I recently bought an AOC 27B3HA2 100 Hz monitor. It says in the manual that it supports a refresh rate of up to 100hz on a 1080p resolution via an HDMI cable. I have a Dell Small Factor PC with an Intel i5 13500 CPU and Intel UHD 770 Graphics. However, when I go to the Intel Graphics Command Center the VESA Adaptive Sync option is grayed out, and the maximum refresh rate is 60hz. On the manual it shows only AMD GPUs and CPUs in recommended list for Adaptive-Sync function as per the image below. I want to confirm if this is the issue, or if there is a possible driver problem. All the latest drivers for the Monitor and GPU are installed.
I have bought a couple of monitors in the past, and I thought that VESA Adaptive Sync has a broad compatibility among different GPU vendors.
With kind regards,
Ilija

This thread can be closed. I fixed the refresh rate issue by buying a Displayport to HDMI cable. Apparently, Dell has limited the HDMI port to 60Hz, very strange. However, the Adaptive Sync option is still grayed out.
