Add Custom Resolution via Command Line?

Is there a way to create custom resolutions from the command line instead of using the Intel HD Graphics Control Panel? I would like to be able to this for several workstations using a script without having to visit each one just to use the GUI.

It is necessary to use the Intel® Graphics control panel to change the resolution.
