Have an Acer Aspire XC-705 desktop pc, 16GB ram, Intel HD4600 graphics running Windows 10 64bit and have been getting error ntdll.dll when using Lightroom 2015.4 - the program had been working without hitches for almost two months - the problem usually manifests itself when the local adjustment brush for black point is used.
The program last updated the end of January, have tried re-installing windows and Lightroom, carried out sfc/scannow, memtest86(not a single error) etc.
Contacted Adobe online support who suggested various things (turn off graphics acceleration, rename Lightroom folder, try another catalogue, reset preferences - none of which worked.
It has been suggested to me that it may be the graphics card/driver - I have checked for updates and can't find any although maybe I'm looking in the wrong place! I installed and ran the Intel Driver Update utility but that seemed to suggest and older driver.
The version currently installed is 20.19.15.4331
Wondering if there is anything else we can try.
Thank you

Thank you for your reply - I had thought of installing the Beta driver myself however, when I check the download page my processor is not listed in the 'This download is valid for the product(s) listed below'
my processor is the Intel Core i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz
can you confirm if this is valid for my system even if its not listed?
Thanks

Thanks for your help
I think I might now wait for the official driver to be released and give that a go.
