After the system automatically updated "Intel Corporation", my computer crashed one after another

At 2025/6/6,sistem automatically updated "Intel Corporation - Display - 32.0.101.6737",and then my computer crashed one times an one times,His behavior is that after just booting up, some applications do not respond when opened, and then he will suddenly crash after using for 10 minutes. I believe that besides this update, I did not make any other changes. updated history shows that only this update is installed.

Later, I tried uninstalling the update and installing the latest version of the driver, such as 32.0.101.6129, but the crash persisted,it says KERNEL_DATE_INPAGE_ERROR,I guess whenever the computer uses a CPU graphics (I have a dedicated one), the computer may crash.

Hello ewan_kirk,

Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.

To better understand the issue and provide an effective recommendation, please share your system configuration so I can thoroughly assess and offer an accurate solution. You can do this by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. Once downloaded, launch SSU.exe.

  • Scan: Check the box labeled "Everything."
  • Click "Scan."
  • Review: After scanning is complete, click "Next."
  • Click "Save" and attach the SSU log file in your reply.

I look forward to your response so we can proceed with further investigation.

Best regards,

JeanetteC.
