hi! i have brand new laptop Lenovo Ideapad Slim 3 with specificatuoni : Core i5 Gen 11, Intel Iris Xe Graphic, RAM 8GB, SSD 512GB
So heres the problem :
My adobe software like photoshop and premiere had been working fine since i bought this laptop (June 2021) but suddenly on February 2021, that software keep freezing randomly after several minutes (2-3 minutes) use. Even though previously all these applications were running smoothly and i have finished several project using this software and it works totally fine.
Then I found a thread in the adobe community, that said the Intel Iris Xe GPU often freezes on the software. Heres the link :
https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/are-intel-iris-xe-graphics-compatible-with-premiere-pro/m-p/12316648#M362294
I don't believe that Intel Iris Xe is not compatible with the software, because the application was running fine before.
Please help me to fix this😭
Im a design student who bought this laptop with a lot of consideration.
