HP EliteDesk 800 G4 sff, I have an A310 that runs fine on Windows 10, but on Linux mint, it boots to Linux splash screen then goes black, Mesa 23.3.1 and Kernel: 6.5.0-41.

Hello Safn1949,

Thank you so much for patiently waiting on our response.

Upon reviewing your computer's specifications, it has been noted that the system is designed to support the Windows OS. Additionally, for optimal performance, it is advisable to use hardware components that are compatible with the specifications of the Arc graphics card.

To summarize, we recommend that you consult with HP to ensure that your computer is fully compatible with Linux.

By the way, if you are still interested in installing Linux, you may refer to this link [https://dgpu-docs.intel.com/driver/client/overview.html] for guidance.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Best regards,

Carmona A.
