Arc A750 No Display

I Just Bought the card yesterday,

I made sure that re-sizable bar was enabled when i booted with this card for the first time. I have Msi BM450 A Pro Max & Ryzen 7 2700 (my bios is upto date )

when i tried installing the graphic drivers ,during the installation froze and my screen turned blank.

After i forcefully restarted the pc , im stuck with no signal since the driver update.

Im getting no display at all
