Hello, I recently purchased an Arc A750 reference graphics card. I plan to install it in the second PCIe x16 slot on my motherboard to build a dual-graphics card system. However, since many motherboards on the market do not provide a PCIe 8-pin auxiliary power connector, I would like to ask whether the A750 can operate stably with only its 8+6 pin power connector when there is no auxiliary power, meaning the motherboard only has a 24-pin power connector for the CPU and the motherboard. Thank you in advance for your response.

Hello Han_Walker,
Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.
For me to better understand and diagnose the issue further, let me ask you to provide detailed responses to the following questions. This information will help me isolate the problem and determine the most appropriate course of action moving forward.
- May I know why are you going to set up a dual GPU system?
 - Does your power supply has an additional 8-pin cable?
 - What is the wattage of your power supply?

If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,
Michael L.

I plan to use a 9070XT as my primary gaming GPU, and an A750 as my secondary GPU for streaming. I haven't purchased the power supply yet, but rest assured, I will choose a 1200W or higher power supply with multiple 8-pin connectors to meet the needs of this system.
