Thank you for posting on the Intel®️ communities. I see in the screenshot that the Tuning menu and configure button are missing Intel® Arc™ Control, I will be more than happy to help you.
To provide you with an accurate answer, please provide me with the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU) report, you can find the steps below for guidance:
- Download Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.
- Scan: Check the box Everything.
- Click Scan.
- Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
- Click Save.

We have been working on the investigation, and I want to let you know that the performance tuning option is not available in the Intel Arc Control application when the installed Intel Arc graphics card is for mobile devices. As the overclocking is not available in mobile arc graphics performance tuning won't be available.
