Driver tab don't connect to internet / doesn't show anything in Arc Control. Says only "Updating Your Experience." and seems to load.
Also cannot take PrintScreen when the Arc Control is showing.

Thanks for the information provided. We understand that you are having issues with the Intel Arc control software. We would like to continue researching this matter. Please, provide us with a report using the Intel®️ System Support Utility (Intel®️ SSU). This report will gather information about your system, such as Operating System Built, Driver, BIOS versions, etc.
- Download the Intel SSU
- Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel®️ SSU will take you to the "Summary View."
- Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
- To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save."

With the newest driver .4091 the Arc Control seems to work properly now.
