ArcControl Bildschirme verbinden nicht mehr möglich mit Intel Iris XE

Hallo Zusammen, 

wir nutzen Giada-Signage-PCs mit der Intel Iris XE-Grafikkarte und mehreren Hdmi-Ausgängen.

Dabei wurden in der Vergangenheit mindestens 3 Bildschirme mittels der ArcControl-Software zu einem großen, breiten Bildschirm verbunden (Mosaic-Modus, Infinity-Modus etc.)

Dies ist jedoch seit dem Udpate der ArcControl-Software nicht mehr möglich. Auch ein Downgrade hat nicht geholfen.

Wir benötigen diese Funktion aber unbedingt.

Gibt es dazu noch eine Möglichkeit?

It seems like the update to the ArcControl software has caused the issue with connecting multiple screens to the Intel Iris XE graphics card using Mosaic or Infinity mode. I think intel has a new graphics software which is Intel Graphics Software It's possible that a more recent version of ArcControl or GPU drivers has addressed this issue. Please check if there are any updates available for both.
