When I first installed Windows, I installed Bootcamp drivers along with it, because I'm running the software on a Macbook Pro 9,2 (do what you will with that info), because otherwise, the trackpad can't scroll, the Windows key doesn't work, and, most importantly, there's no audio. However, even after installing those drivers, everything except the audio was working. I tried a slightly different version of the Bootcamp drivers that I found on the Apple website, but if you were expecting to see a smoke show after that, you're out of luck, because that didn't work either.
Around here I tried installing drivers from Intel, which installed the updated graphics driver just fine, but no audio. (I also tried downloading the .zip file and installing using the executable from that, but nope, it didn't work.) I tried going into Device Manager to see what the problem was, and the "High Definition Audio Controller", the only speaker-related device I could find (it's not even under "Sound, video, and game controllers"), had a yellow triangle next to it. When I went into its Properties window, it said that the device could not start. I tried manually installing the Intel drivers on that device by going to Update Driver --> Browse my computer for drivers --> Let me pick... --> Have Disk... --> Choosing the directory that the .inf file for the audio driver was in, and then Device Manager said that it's not a valid Windows x64 driver -- but I know that's wrong too, because I've installed Windows 11 on the same system, with the same driver, and the sound works fine on that installation. (Any other attempts to update the driver for the HD Audio Controller just say that the driver is up to date).
I don't even know to blame Apple, Windows, Intel, or my own stupidity for this one.

Do what you will with this information, but your processor is not supported on Windows 10:
Doc (not an Intel employee or contractor)
[IDSA needs to be abandoned, uninstalled and forgotten]
