Auto Color Management not working on Windows 11

I wish to use the new Auto Color Management feature, but it is not turning on: Picture attached:

As you can see, it runs on Intel(R) UHD Graphics. For some reason, when clicking the toggle, the screen flickers on and off repeatedly, then the same setting page shows, with the toggle turned off.

How do I fix this?

To better understand your system configuration, could you share the scan results of System Support Utility, it can be obtained from here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html

Also please share the Display model and video cable that you use.
