Auto Driver Update failed on WIN7 x64

I want to Update all Intel Driver on an WIN7 x64 machine - i´ve tried with IE 8 and Firefox - the addon will be installed but on the next step it hang´s - also tried with administrator-account - tried manually installation, with the following error:

A network error occured while attempting to read from the:

SystemRequirementsLab.msi

also tried from direct Internet-Download and also saved on local drive - the error again

Get the zip version and manualy do it from device manager,

Double click hardware to update

click update driver

select the browse

find the unzipped folder

click ALL folder and update
