- Is hardware acceleration enabled in AutoCAD’s graphics settings?
- Are you using an external monitor, laptop display only, or both? Also, what is your current display resolution and refresh rate?
- Does the issue occur immediately upon opening drawings, or does it happen after working for some time? Is it affecting all drawing files or only specific ones?
- Are you using any AutoCAD add-ins or customizations?
- Have you tried rolling back the Intel graphics driver?
- Have you recently updated the AutoCAD 2025 application along with the Intel graphics driver?

Hi shijocthomas,
Thank you for providing the detailed information and SSU logs. I can see you're experiencing display compatibility issues with AutoCAD 2025 after updating to Intel graphics driver version 32.0.101.8247 on your Core Ultra 7 155H system with the external Lenovo 4K monitor.
Since the issue started immediately after the driver update and affects all AutoCAD drawings instantly, I'd like you to try a clean driver installation to resolve any potential driver conflicts.
Please follow these steps:
- Download Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) and perform a clean removal of your current Intel graphics driver
- Download the latest Intel graphics driver from: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/785597/intel-arc-graphics-windows.html
- Follow Intel's DDU guide for proper clean installation: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000091878/graphics.html
Clean Installation Process:
- Boot into Safe Mode
- Run DDU to completely remove current Intel graphics drivers
- Restart normally
- Install the fresh Intel graphics driver
- Test AutoCAD 2025 with your external monitor setup
The "input not supported" message from your Lenovo L32P-30 monitor suggests the driver may be sending an incompatible display signal during AutoCAD's graphics initialization. A clean driver installation should resolve this compatibility issue.
After completing the clean installation, please test AutoCAD 2025 and let me know if the black screen and monitor input issues are resolved.
Best regards,
