B580-OpenGL and Vulkan does not support

I work in the graphics program ALLPLAN. The program tells me when I start it: The graphics card used or the driver does not meet the requirements. This limits the function scope and performance of screen output. It does not support OpenGL or Vulkan

We understand the inconvenience caused when ALLPLAN reports that the graphics card or driver does not meet requirements. I kindly request you to provide the following details:

 

  • SSU (System Support Utility) report
  • ALLPLAN version you are using

 

You can download the SSU tool using the link below:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000057926/memory-and-storage.html

 

Please note: While generating the SSU report, kindly uncheck the “Networking” option.
