Hello rafay19,
Thank you for posting on Intel Community Forum.
We acknowledge your feedback and understand that you are experiencing rendering issues while playing The Last of Us Part II using Intel Iris Xe graphics solution. Please note that similar concerns have been reported by other users, and a thorough investigation has already been conducted regarding this matter.
Following our analysis, it was determined that the game is optimized for use with a discrete graphics card, as previously communicated. Unfortunately, Intel Iris Xe graphics are not fully supported for this game, which may lead to performance or rendering issues such as those you have described.
We would like to emphasize that the investigation was comprehensive, and based on the findings, our resolution remains unchanged. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you with any further questions or concerns you may have.
Having shared all this information, I'll proceed with closing this inquiry. Should you have other concerns, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.
Best regards
Jed G.
