Black screen after installing Intel driver

I have a Dell XPS 9350 (i7-6560U), with a clean install of Windows. The display works fine with the Microsoft Basic Display Driver, however once I install any Intel GFX Driver, the screen goes black and is unrecoverable until I uninstall the new driver.

 

I've tried hitting Ctrl-Alt-F8 after install, which has no effect. I've also checked in Power Options to verify the Intel Graphics Driver Power Plan is Balanced or Maximum Performance.

 

I've attached an SSU scan after installing the new driver.

You need to use the drivers provided by dell. If you still have problems, contact dell as they are responsible for your support and warranty.
