CONCERN | Brightness Issue | Intel® HD Graphics 4000 for Windows 10, version 1709 C.U

Jump to solution

Good day, I would like to bring up a concern about Intel® HD Graphics 4000. Everytime I received a creators update, it always broke the display driver causing the brightness display not working.

Please see the detailed system report attachment.

Thanks,

Never mind, I already fix the problem. It seems like the monitors is set to PnP- Monitor (standard) after the update. To fix it just go to device manager, under monitors-> update drivers manually then set it to Generic PnP Monitor.
