2 _ In upscaling mode, whatever it is, there are black and white stripes on the screen and i don't know why
3 _ There are small red and white or orange squares around humans, humans only othere people don't have it

released on 24 5 2023

Hello @Wassim2
Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. We would be more than glad to help you with your issue.
First, it's important to understand that we can address one problem at a time in the community thread. So, let's concentrate on the main issue you're facing, which is the Camera and visual bugs in Marvel's Spider-Man. If you have other problems, please start new threads for them to receive assistance.
In order to have a better understanding of your issue, please provide me with the following:
· Please download and scan your system using our tool, Intel® System Support Utility so we can help check your system info first. Once finished downloading, open the tool, click on scan 'Everything', click next, then save the system information to a .txt file. Please provide the .txt file. This document will be necessary to check your entire system, in order to find possible errors or incompatibilities.
Additionally, it would be extremely helpful if you could respond to the following questions. These answers will greatly assist us in comprehending how to best resolve the problem:
• Was the game functioning normally before updating to the latest driver?
• Have you encountered similar problems in other games?
• What troubleshooting steps, if any, have you already undertaken to address this issue?
Besides of that, please try the following troubleshooting step:
Regarding this issue, we would like to recommend running the Display Driver Uninstaller. Check How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver for instructions. Once you run the tool, you should install the latest driver 31.0.101.2125. The DDU tool will eliminate all drivers and leftover files from previous driver versions. This was released on 6/15/2023.
After you've addressed all the questions and provided the SSU, we will delve into more extensive research to identify a solution or gather relevant information that could assist you.
NOTE: As additional information, the bug Orange Artifacts Corruption in Marvel's Spider-Man* on Intel® Graphics, intel is currently investigating the issue.

Hello @Wassim2
Thank you for your patience.
Based on our information, this issue has been fixed since driver 31.0.101.3675. However, this driver is only available for Arc and iGPU from 11th gen and newer.
· Resolution:
As mentioned in the article Graphics Driver Support Update for 10th Generation and Older Intel Processor Graphics, Intel will only be fixing critical issues and security vulnerabilities on iGPU included with 10th gen and older CPUs.
In other words, the issue has been fixed for newer gens, Intel will only be fixing critical issues and security vulnerabilities on iGPU included with 10th gen and older CPUs.
I understand how frustrating it is that we can't offer a solution for this problem now. We're going to go ahead and close this discussion. I'm sorry that we couldn't resolve the issue, but I want to be upfront that there aren't any updates or fixes available for older processors. This thread will be no longer monitored by Intel.
Regards.
