Can my laptop Intel HD graphics Core i3 run Skyrim?

According to systemrequirementslab, my graphics card can't run it, but the Video RAM, Pixel Shader version, and Vertex shader version are all above minimum by alot.

can i run it?

My video card has 1.7GB Video RAM, skyrim minimum is 512mb, and skyrim recommended is 1GB.

My video card has Pixel Shader and Vertex Shader version 4 and the minimum is 3 (i'm assuming the recommended version is 3 also)

You can run it, but you will have to turn your settings way down

A ps3 or xbox 360 will run it better which is sad cause Intel says their video graphics is cutting egde

thanks, i hope i can squeeze out medium graphics with decent fps, if not low detail is fine for me
