My current driver for Intel Graphics is 10.18.15.4248. It is saying it is up to date when I click update driver from the Device Manager. I've checked the customized manufacturer site and they do not have any upgraded drivers for my computer. I try to download the current one from Intel and it will not work because of this customized manufactured graphics driver. Please help!

KrystalW, Thank you very much for joining the Intel® Graphics communities.
In order to better assist you in trying to install the latest graphics version, we just need to gather a few details:
What is the specific model of the laptop?
What is the model of the processor?
Which is the Windows version currently installed on the computer?
This is in order to confirm which is the graphics controller the system is using, to look for the proper graphics drivers.
Any further questions, please let me know.
Regards,
Alberto

Model is NE572.
Model of processer is Intel(R) Celeron(R) 2955U @ 1.40GHz, 2 Core(s), 2 Logical Processor(s).
Windows 10
More Info:
The laptop has a customized manufactured graphics driver and they do not make the drivers anymore. I have checked the Gateway support site as well, there is nothing there for my laptop. Intel has a graphics driver I can update but it's saying not compatible with my laptop. And when I go to update drivers under Device Manager, it is saying everything is up to date.

KrystalW, Thank you very much for letting us know that information, we really appreciate that.
Just to let you know, remember that the Intel graphics drivers are generic, meaning they may or may not work with your system, that is why we always recommend to install the drivers provided by the manufacturer of the laptop, it is unfortunate to hear they do not provide graphics drivers for your laptop anymore.
We can try driver 4256:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25150/Intel-Iris-Iris-Pro-and-HD-Graphics-Production-Driver-for-Windows-10-64-bit?product=75608 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25150/Intel-Iris-Iris-Pro-and-HD-Graphics-Production-Driver-for-Windows-10-64-bit?product=75608
Hopefully you will be able to install that driver, on the link below you will find the instructions to install it manually:

If by any chance it does not work, then the best thing to do will be to keep using the graphics driver that is currently installed on the laptop.
Any questions, please let me know.
Regards,
Alberto

It did not work
It keeps saying it is not compatible and it's up to date when it isn't.
Thank you for your help though.
