Version 3.7 says it's corrupted. Also, when I try to download a new copy, it will not complete (at times).
I've uninstalled the previous version as well. Still won't install 3.7
download the file through android mobile , then copy to computer .
turn off antivirus , firewall
Install the file and then restart the windows

Hey, I just did that it looks like it may have worked. I say that because the file does not have any download issues right now.
