Can't install windows 10 graphics driver

When I try to install the Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® 10 and Windows 7*/8.1* [15.40] it keeps saying doesn't meet the minimum requirements, Chip type: Intel HD Graphics Core i5

Please provide the model of the motherboard.

 

 

Please provide the model of the processor.

 

 

If this is a laptop, please provide the model of the laptop.
