Cannot Update Display Settings on 2nd Monitor

[SHM2]

I previously had both monitors set to 1920 x 1080.  No hardware changes were made, but after a restart, I am now only able to toggle between 1024 x 768 or 800 x 600 on my 2nd monitor. 

Display 1 is a VA2446 series

Display 2 is LNKG V2HA01

Both are using Intel Iris Xe Graphics - I've checked for new drivers and they are fully updated.

I've tried to update/reset display settings.  No change.

Any direction would be appreciated.

Is this a new computer?

Does the problem happen at home or in the work environment?

Please attach the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":
