Cannot install driver for windows 10 after recent update

Running Toshiba S55 5280

Intel Graphics 4400.

Downloaded the new driver date July 28th but it does not let me install.

Chipset finding utility does not help confirming the chipset and the automatic driver utility does not find anything.

We recommend you to contact Toshiba for new drivers, Intel is currently working on new windows 10 video drivers.
